Before booking, please review the following important information:

WCB and ICBC Cases: Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept open WCB or ICBC claims at this time.

No Direct Billing: You will receive a receipt at your visit, which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Direct billing to extended health insurance plans is not available.

MSP Billing: Medical Services Plan coverage is accepted if you are eligible. Please bring your BC medical card to your first appointment

When booking your appointment, please provide your full legal name as it appears on official documents. For example, if your legal name is Joseph, please enter Joseph rather than a nickname like Joe. This is necessary for medical documentation and accuracy. If you have a preferred name, you are welcome to share it with us at your appointment, and we will be happy to address you accordingly.
